Illnesses, conditions, or injuries caused by neglect, abuse, or accidents
Parasites, including but not limited to fleas, ticks, coccidia, giardia, or worms

Normal or common breed traits that do not impact quality of life
Conditions resulting from environmental factors, poor diet, overexertion, or improper training
