BerneseBuddy.com connects responsible families with healthy, well-raised Bernese Mountain Dog puppies. We raise all puppies with care, provide proper socialization, and ensure age-appropriate veterinary care before adoption.

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

To use this website or adopt a puppy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be legally able to enter a binding agreement

• Provide accurate and truthful information

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use our services.

3. Puppy Availability & Information

We list puppies based on current availability. However, availability may change at any time.

While we provide photos, videos, and descriptions, puppies may change in size, color, and temperament as they grow. For this reason, all information is provided for guidance only.

4. Deposits & Payments

To reserve a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, you must place a non-refundable deposit.

Once we receive a deposit:

• We remove the puppy from public listings

• We stop accepting inquiries for that puppy

• We hold the puppy exclusively for you

You must complete the final payment before pickup or delivery. Otherwise, we may cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

5. Health Guarantee

Every Bernese Mountain Dog puppy from BerneseBuddy.com:

• Receives a veterinary health check

• Receives age-appropriate vaccinations

• Includes a written health guarantee

The health guarantee explains coverage, duration, and buyer responsibilities. Therefore, it forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

By adopting a puppy, you agree to:

• Provide proper food, shelter, and veterinary care

• Follow vaccination and wellness schedules

• Keep the puppy as a companion pet unless agreed otherwise

• Follow all local and federal pet ownership laws

If improper care causes health issues, BerneseBuddy.com cannot be held responsible.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We may assist with delivery or shipping when requested.

However:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once scheduled

• Delays may occur due to weather or third-party transport services

Although we coordinate carefully, we cannot control airline or carrier delays.

8. Website Use & Content

You agree not to:

• Use this website for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

• Attempt to disrupt website security or performance
